SO impressed you'r doing the Disney Half! Yoga and cardio stuff always puts me in a better mood, and this sounds sooo cheesy so feel free to laugh BUT doing nice things for other people really cheers me up. Ok stop laughing. But the other day I was pissed off (for no good reason of course) so I wrote my mom a cutesie little note and gave it to her with choco and she loved it and it made me happy!
