Morningstar Burgers are somewhat pricey, but 2 weeks ago they were BOGO at Publix! Score. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be expensive. It’s all about patience, keeping a keen eye out for sales, and stocking up when prices are knocked down. Winner winner chicken dinner.

Two days ago I watched the documentary The Cove.

The movie is only an hour and a half, but it will change you. In fact, ever since watching The Cove, I’ve been on a documentary high. Though it’s argumentative that documentaries can be slightly biased, they are what we need to be watching. Sorry Snooki.

Last night I finally watched Food Inc.

Takeaways: Eat local, watch what you say about ground beef, Arnold Schwarzenegger should have passed that bill, large corporations can be sneaky.

You know, the good looking guy from the movie Signs? September 10th there is a documentary coming out about his controversial and mysterious transition from acting into rapping. Check it out.

After his appearance on Letterman, I always wondered if his beard and drugged up persona was just a hoax. Hopefully this documentary shares with the world his deepest and darkest secrets.
